1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TempoZen ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TempoZen provides customizable timers with unique colors, sounds, and background images, along with a video carousel and a birthday calendar with automatic audio reminders. All features are available to all users at no additional cost.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it updated.

4. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.
• You agree not to attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the App's operation.
• You are responsible for all content (videos, images) you upload to the App.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (videos, images, branding). By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content within your account for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.

6. In-App Purchases

Currently, all TempoZen features are available to all users at no additional cost. The App may introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future; if so, pricing and terms will be clearly disclosed before any purchase, and purchases will be processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our web payment provider.

Any future subscriptions would be auto-renewable and could be managed or canceled from the Settings screen or through your platform's subscription settings. Canceling disables auto-renewal but does not provide a refund for the current billing period. All purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

TempoZen does not currently require any paid subscription. All features are available to all users at no cost. If paid features are introduced in the future, billing will be handled through our payment provider, and you will be clearly informed of any charges before they occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any timer malfunctions, data loss, or business losses resulting from the use of the App.

9. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
